Sunday, Aug. 6

3:05 a.m.: Upton PD called stating a possible domestic in a white sedan between a male and female. Vehicle was reported coming into our town on rt. 140.

11:10 a.m.: Walk-in party requesting to speak to an officer in regards to fraud, 28 Franklin St.

5:13 p.m.: Caller reports her son is going crazy and breaking things in the household, Cedar Street. Melvin Vazquez, 24, Cedar Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer (two counts), resisting arrest, warrant arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts), malicious destruction of property over $250 (three counts), assault and battery on a police officer. assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts)

7:58 p.m.: Caller reporting vehicles frequently speed in the area of Silver Hill Road. Requesting extra traffic enforcement in that area.

8:23 p.m.: Walk in requesting to speak to an officer in regards to receiving threatening text messages.

9:44 p.m.: Grafton requesting a well being check on 3 children who were involved in an incident in their town earlier today. They had a caller report that a father was strangling the older boy. Grafton spoke with the father and the kids were dropped off with the ex-wife.
