10:40 a.m.: Male party in the lobby complaining about the line of cars to get into above business at night. He stated he almost got into an accident last night attempting to drive by line of cars. Dairy Queen

8 p.m.: Walk in party requesting an officer for a neighbor dispute. 4 Blanchard Road

9:05 p.m.: Walk-in party states that she was a victim of fraud from the IRS, stating that she needed to purchase gift cards in order to avoid a being put in custody. RP states she paid $800 in gift cards. Domino's pizza
