Thursday, March 16

2:32 p.m.: Caller reporting a male was assaulted by a female neighbor. No assault took place, an unknown female tapped his vehicle with a brush.

5:26 p.m.: Calling party reporting a male party hitting her vehicle and banging on the window to get her to move her car, male party is wearing a black sweater and black hat and jeans. Turtle Tavern.

10:56 p.m.: Caller reports he has found his mother in bathroom unconscious and not breathing from a heroin overdose, CPR in progress, Westbrook Street

Saturday, March 18

1:36 a.m.: Calling party requesting an officer to assist parties out of establishment, The Tradesman

2:55 a.m.: Calling party reporting finding female on side walk throwing up, Hertz Corporation

4:01 a.m.: Caller reporting 2 people screaming and yelling, throwing things. Units spoke with the caller and the parties are refusing to come to the door. All is quiet. West Spruce Street

4:43 a.m.: Caller reporting the parties downstairs are throwing items now. Units spoke with the caller and the male left before units arrived on scene. West Spruce Street
