Official Milford Election Results: Former Chief Now A Selectman

Milford on Friday released the official results from the June 16 election.

MILFORD, MA — The official results from the June 16 Milford town election were released Friday, validating several key races from the spring election.

In the Board of Selectmen race, former police chief Tom O'Loughlin won a decisive victory over real estate agent Joshua Lioce, earning more than 62 percent of the vote. O'Loughlin will take a seat on the board being vacated by William Buckley, who cast a vote ousting O'Loughlin from the chief job in 2019.

Overall vote totals have changed since the clerk released preliminary results early Wednesday morning, but no one lost a lead in any race. Here are the official election results as reported by the town clerk on Friday:

Joshua Lioce — 2,237 votes
Thomas O'Loughlin — 3,812 votes (winner)

School Committee

Jennifer Parson (incumbent) — 4,047 votes (winner)
Michael Aghajanian — 2,716 votes (winner)
Brendan Rickert — 1,241 votes
Frederick Steinmann — 1,068 votes

Edward Bertorelli (incumbent) — 3,733 votes (winner)
David Probert — 971 votes

Scott Crisafulli (incumbent) — 3,428 votes (winner)
