Ongoing Problem With 12-Year-Old Not Coming Home After School, Harassment, Threats: Milford Police

Monday, May 15

5:40 a.m.: Walpole PD received a call from above male requesting well being check on his sister in law. She called him several times stating that he stole her husband, but her husband passed back in January. An officer spoke with the son and he is coming up from NC on 05/26 to try and take care of the issue. Muriel Lane

8:20 a.m.: Third party caller reporting her mother in law is on the phone with her husband in NC and she making threats to harm herself.

12:05 p.m.: Female in the lobby to speak with an officer reference her being harassed by the father of her child. Alfred Road

3:07 p.m.: Walk-in party in reference to larceny of a check.

7:33 p.m.: Walk-in party requesting to speak with an officer in regards to her daughter receiving threatening calls from her ex-boyfriend who is also posting videos of her on the internet.

9:10 p.m.: Caller reporting that her 12-year-old daughter hasn't come home from school, and this is an on going issue, and is concerned for her well being. Called friend and she stated that she last spoke to her at

2030 and told her to go home she is wearing gray sweatshirt and black leggings, with black backpack.Officer checking the area of the town library. 210 states park is clear. 208 is checking the area of woodland. 564 reports that the library is clear. 564 states negative at tedeschi's and 7-11, 208 reports negative in the Spoke with the friend of the involved party and 204 is en-route to verify that she left and to speak with the her
friend. 208 checking the dance studio at the bottom of Central St. 208 reports it is closed. 210 checked the area of central and N bow, unable to locate. 203 reports Dunkin's is clear. 210 out with the party in question on Mt pleasant transporting to home address.

9:59 p.m.: State transfer of a fight near the Mandarin Restaurant, rp disconnected before any further information. Contacted calling party and she stated that she saw a group of men arguing and was frightened and called 911, no assault took place.
