Sunday, May 1
1:12 a.m.: Caller requesting a well being check on a male party in a taurus who seems to be heavily intoxicated, Trinity Episcopal Church

10:58 a.m.: Caller reporting a subject walking in the middle of the road. The person is possibly a female wearing dark clothing, hood and has a limp, 75 Dilla St.
11:37 a.m.: Caller states that there are a group of men drinking and being loud by the side of the road, 316 Main St.

1:10 p.m.: Pedestrian struck, unknown injuries, Oliva's Market
1:18 p.m.: Caller reporting they are preparing a section 12 for a 22 year old female who is unstable and just walked out of the building. She is bare foot, short shorts, UConn sweat shirt, blu knit hat and long blu/grn hair. Nicole St. Andre, towards E Main Street, Riverside Community Care
Monday, May 2
11:55 a.m.: Male in the lobby reporting he struck a yellow post in the parking lot to avoid another vehicle that was speeding in the parking lot, Dollar Tree
5:37 p.m.: Walk in reports that her ex husband may be physically abusing her developmentally delayed daughter
9:54 p.m.: Caller states there is a vehicle crashed into the median, Kohl's Department Store
Tuesday, May 3
12:12 a.m.: Parties in lobby reporting that they believe that they know where their missing daughter is. They provided two possible locations 35 E Main and 32 Water st. Apt 3. Female party has been missing since 4/17/16. They confirmed daughter has been entered into NCIC by Spring Valley NY PD, East Main Street
12:31 p.m.: Female party off the side of the rd in a silver Chevy Equinox is requesting officers to assist her in getting her mentally unstable brother back into her car, Depot Street
4:49 p.m.: Party in the lobby to report fraud, Country Club Lane
5:16 p.m.: Walk in party states her former roommate stole over $6,000.00 in jewelry from her, Pine Island Road. Kimberly Fortini, 49, 88 Drive Mann Road, Skowhegan, was summonsed
5:25 p.m.: Caller is concerned about his friend's well being, states he is a heavy drinker and believes he is drinking himself to death, Fayette Street
