Tuesday, Sept. 26

12:16 p.m.: Shoplifting reported, TJ Maxx. Female in custody.

1:13 p.m.: Shoplifting, Stop and Shop. Brian E. Gernrich, 48, Duncan Ave., Auburn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise (third offense), shoplifting of a shopping cart, larceny over $250

1:59 p.m. Unwanted person at Ace Hardware. Caller reports that an ex employee from Banners Pizza has been fired and living on the property. Caller would like the man spoken to and removed.

4:35 p.m.: Disturbance, Toyota

5:09 p.m.: Larceny reported at Kohl's. Caller said her purse was taken from a shopping carriage. Sarah DelSoldato, 39, Mendon Road, Bellingham, was arrested and charged with larceny from someone over 65

6:06 p.m.: Youths disturbance, 21 Walden Way

6:11 p.m. Woman reports runaway daughter to police.

6:19 p.m. Motor vehicle accident near the Milford Humane Society. Two car MVA with a jeep and a silver van. Christopher F. Halnon, 50, Purchase Street, Milford, was arrested and charged with OUI (third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation. Bail set at $1,040

7:55 p.m.: Person called to speak to an officer about individuals walking a dog in the park and not picking up after it.

10:22 p.m.: Police called to McDonald's at 139 South Main St. Caller reports he dropped his keys down the sewer drain in the parking lot.

11:37 p.m.: Caller from a crisis center in Nevada stating they received a text message from phone stating they were a 16 yr female named Sam and that she was going to drink vodka and take some pills, no further information was provided and the text messages have stopped. Caller stated the phone number is registered out of Milford, MA.Dispatcher 659 attempted to call the number and received a voicemail for a female named Sam. Approx 1203 received a phone call for that phone number after hearing Milford police the caller hung up.
