Police Log: Arrest for Credit Card Fraud and More

The following is from the Milford Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

March 16

8:27 a.m. - A caller on Birch Street reported damage to the front door as if someone tried to break in.

7:19 p.m. - A caller told police that he believed someone was trying to use his credit card fraudulently. Police were able to locate the vehicle involved and make two arrests. Dalaina Moretti, 35, of Johnston R.I., was charged with credit card fraud over $250, identity fraud, larceny over $250, and two counts of forgery of a document. Joseph Ebiwa, 30, of Woonsocket R.I., was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, identity fraud, larceny over $250, and furnishing a false name or social security number.
