6:12 a.m. - A caller on West Walnut Street told police that someone broke into their car.

6:15 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Purchase Street by Fountain Street, Edward O’Brien, 30, of Milford, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license

12:07 p.m. - A caller told police that someone who came over to their home on South Bow Street stole $1,000 and jumped out the window.
