Police Log: Homeless Man Leads Police on Chase, Erratic Motorcyclists, and More

The following is from the Milford Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

April 26

12:50 a.m. - Police on the lookout for a vehicle driven by a homeless man from New Hampshire were able to find the car and the man at the Mobil on Route 109. After a low-speed chase, police were able to secure the vehicle and the driver, Stephen Stone, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger.

1:09 a.m. - A vehicle that was all over the road and almost struck several telephone pearls on Purchase Street was reported. After the vehicle pulled into Tedeschi’s, Kevin Francy, 31, of Milford was arrested on two warrants.

1:35 a.m. - A 25-year-old male from Uxbridge on Highland Street was taken into protective custody.

6:29 p.m. - A caller reported two motorcycles on East Main Street driving erratically between vehicles. The caller’s cell phone died before a description was obtained.
