Police Log: Serious Crash, Illegal Dumping

Firefighters responded to several small fires, according to the dispatch log, while officers responded to several reports of illegal dumping.
Monday, March 26
5:30 p.m.: An officer checked on the wellbeing of a person in their car at . The officer arrested Marques L. Dorvilmar, 28, of 91 Rockdale St., Mattapan, on a warrant.

5:48 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main at Fayette streets, police arrested Jose N. Quizhpi-Guaman, 30, of 8 Bacon Slip, Milford on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards and two warrants.
6:49 p.m.: A caller reported a mulch fire on Prospect Street, near . Firefighters extinguished the fire.

7:00 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to report threats being received.
8:40 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported at Pond and Main streets, and sent at least two people to A portion of Main Street was closed while police investigated. Both the Nissan Maxima and the Dodge Caravan were towed. Police were sseking a summons to charge Terril G. Coley, 47, of 196 Arlington St., Apt. 1, Framingham, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Tuesday, March 27
4:16 a.m.: A caller asked police to help with removing a disruptive male from a Grant Street address. The man was gone before police arrived.
6:53 a.m.: A caller reported spotting an open garage door and window at her neighbor's house, who is away. Police shut the garage door and determined the window was no longer open.
11:21 a.m.: A caller reported suspicious activity outside the of someone in a blue mini van taking pictures of the entrance. Police determined it was a news van.
12:24 p.m.: A caller asked police to check on the wellbeing of a man who was vomiting on the side of the road, on Main at Winter streets. The man was gone before police arrived.
1:11 p.m.: A caller stated that his car was involved in a hit and run on Colonial Road. No injury was involved.
1:26 p.m.: Firefighters responded to Franklin Street, where a fire was reported on a porch of a house. The caller told dispatch it appeared to be going out.
1:36 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at on East Main Street, where a tall man with "dark hair and dark eyes" had caused a disturbance. After he was denied the ability to cash a check, he smashed a piece of bank property, according to the caller.
2:06 p.m.: Two vehicles were tagged on Hayward Street, a caller reported.
3:07 p.m.: A caller told police a door was open at her neighbor's house on Temple Street. Police checked the dwelling, and asked dispatch to call the to have them respond to the location.
3:15 p.m.: A picnic table was reportedly stolen from the Rockland Trust property on Main Street.
3:17 p.m.: A caller on Congress Street reported illegal dumping near the intersection with North Vine Street.
4:02 p.m.: An irate caller on East Main Street told police that a Volvo was tailgating her, and had been following her since Uxbridge. She apparently was transferred to several different police agencies along the way. "Caller is furious as she has spoken with four other agencies," the narrative stated. The Volvo was last seen turning into the parking lot near the Ninety-Nine Restaurant.
4:04 p.m.: A report of illegal dumping was received on Congress Street.
