An officer reported that the vehicle's owner was not home at this time and he will give the neighbor a reasonable amount of time to get the alarm turned off.10:32 a.m. - A hit and run was reported in the municipal lot.12:52 p.m. - An intoxicated person was reported at Olivia's Market on East Street.1:28 p.m. - A copper theft was reported on Cedar Street near Exit 20 of Route 495.4:10 p.m. - Arnaldo Nascimento, 22, of Milford, was arrested at Kohl's and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and larceny under $250.8:48 p.m. - A house that was ransacked was reported. The homeowner told police that several charms and jewelry were taken.
