1:18 a.m.: Caller Reports a group of people conversing loudly, 16 Governor's Way

9:40 a.m.: Walk in requesting to speak with an officer about an issue in the neighborhood, 20 Thayer St.
2:27 p.m.: 521 states that they have stopped 8 youths from heading up to the Quarries thru Shadowbrook.

2:56 p.m.: Caller reports youths going to quarry behind the Shadowbrook Condos with a cooler and towels. 7 individuals removed.
3:09 p.m.: Walk in party reporting someone attempted to steal her license plate off her car, 3 Middleton St.
6:38 p.m.: Caller reporting that her neighbor's child comes into her yard and climbs on the trees, she is concerned the child will hurt himself and she will be responsible for it. 138 East Main St.
6:59 p.m.: Walk in reports money taken from her house, 6 Clark St.
7:58 p.m.: Employee reporting an irate customer at CVS who left and punched the door on his way out. Male is still in the parking lot in a red pick up, WM in his 40s who is bald, possibly intoxicated. Norman A. Pisani, III, 40, East Central St., Franklin, was arrested and charged with destruction of property over $250, malicious defacement, vandalizing property willfully and maliciously
8:37 p.m.: Caller reporting fireworks are going off from the house behind her, 42 High St.
9:07 p.m.: Caller from this address reporting fireworks violation at the dam again, 32 Pine Island Road
10:47 p.m.: 206 is out with a group of individuals who appear to be fighting, 38 East Main St.
