Hasan Khwaja became the 125th Eagle Scout from Troop 2 in Milford this past weekend. In order to earn his Eagle Scout Rank, the highest a Boy Scout can achieve, Hasan designed and completed a service project honoring veterans. He led a group of fellow Scouts in adding honor medallions to veteran's gravestones at a local cemetery. Troop 2 is celebrating it's 90th year in 2017. Scouts in Milford are active throughout the year participating in community service projects, camping trips all over New England, and day adventures like rock climbing.
