Thousands of Milford residents came out to vote in the Massachusetts State Primary on Tuesday.
MILFORD, MA — Thousands of Milford residents came out to vote in the Massachusetts State Primary on Tuesday.
Milford officials said 2,953 votes were cast, representing 16 percent of the town's 18,900 registered voters.
The town's ballot included contested races for U.S. Senate, the 4th Congressional District and governor. The town’s state legislative races were uncontested.

Polls were open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. Voters in precincts 1 and 6 voted at the Milford Senior Center, precincts 2 and 3 at the Italian American Veterans Hall and precincts 4, 5, 7 and 8 at the Milford Portuguese Club.
