Spinney pleaded innocent to the charges related to one woman. The women allege that Spinney slashed tires and even hurled bricks through the windows of her home. The man used the dating site Plenty of Fish to lure the women to meet who they thought was a white man using the screen name FootballzDan. Spinney, who is black, would then allegedly introduce himself as "Dom" at the meeting place. All turned down his request for a phone number.
