Tuesday, Aug. 22

12:03 a.m.: Caller stating she asked someone to leave the establishment because she believed some 94/c activity was taking place, they became belligerent towards the caller. She told them she was calling the police and they left towards depot street in a silver truck. McDonald's

3:01 a.m.: Female in the lobby requesting to speak to an officer in reference to a 209A violation. She received threats from male defendant through text messages from a friend's phone. Taft Street

4:49 a.m.: Caller reports his neighbor is banging on the walls and he can't sleep, 35 Maher Court

10:18 a.m.: Caller reports that there is a father in the bathroom who may be disciplining his son too harshly, Target

11:28 a.m.: Caller reports cows roaming the area. Ferucci farm was contacted.

12:37 p.m.: Caller reports his political signs were stolen, 1 Overlook Circle

2:23 p.m.: Caller reporting a dog locked in a caravan, Petco

5:01 p.m.: Caller reports his bicycles were stolen, 312 Main St.

8:05 p.m.: Caller reports her ex boyfriend was speeding with her child in the vehicle, Luby Ave.

8:10 p.m.: Caller reports a vehicle struck a cat in the area of 40 Highland St.

8:33 p.m.: Caller reporting attempted shoplifting, Lowe's

9:33 p.m.: Caller reports someone has been laying on the horn for the past couple hours. Caller is from Howard St and believes it is coming from back side of the glass factory, National Street

9:57 p.m.: Caller reporting someone placed a large order and then when order was delivered resident claimed they were not the ones who called, Rosa's Villa Pizza
