T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Coming To Milford Crossing

MILFORD, MA—Bargain shoppers rejoice! RD Management LLC announced on Tuesday it has signed leases with HomeGoods and T.J.Maxx at its Milford Crossing shopping center in Milford. The 24,628-square-foot HomeGoods and 21,863-square-foot T.J.Maxx are expected to open in fall 2017.

Milford Crossing, located at 120-128 Medway Road at the intersection of Medway Road and Beaver Street, is a 157,921-square-foot shopping center is situated off of I-495.

The former Kmart on the property is currently being redeveloped and expanded for new anchors, including a Stop & Shop that is expected to open in November 2017. In addition, new 6,000-square-foot and 20,000-square-foot buildings will be constructed. The 20,000-square-foot building will include a Starbucks, Chipotle, and other retailers, continues the press release. Chipotle and a Starbucks with a drive-thru and outdoor seating are expected to open in the first quarter of 2018.

The team and I look forward to completing our enhancements and welcoming additional retailers to Milford Crossing so the residents of Milford and beyond can enjoy everything these brands offer and experience one-stop shopping and dining.”

Milford Crossing is one of seven properties owned by RD Management across Massachusetts, and one of more than 150 properties in its national portfolio.
