Milford, MA — Five people were injured and one died following a car crash Sunday night.
Police tell WHDH that the SUV crash took out a telephone pole and happened around 11 p.m. on Congress Street. Jacqueline Gray, 19, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police say the six were on their way to the Milford fireworks from an ice cream shop in Upton. The driver told police that the breaks of the SUV didn't work. Police are investigating the possibility of mechanical error.
