Tokyo Steakhouse, Lin's Garden, Scioli's: Milford's Health Inspections
Milford's health department conducted multiple inspections December, 2016, and January, 2017.

MILFORD, MA—The following inspections were supplied by the Milford Board of Health:
- Criterion/Rise & Shine 375 Fortune Blvd. 12-19-16 No violations here.
- Big Y 7 Medway Rd. 12-19-16 Violations here include the need to cover one food rack in the walk in freezer and clean and sanitize knives before storage in the knife rack.
- Tokyo Steak House 121 Depot St. 12-20-16 Violations here include the following. Scrub/clean really good the 4 burner stove top, close the bag of flour tightly in the dry goods storage room, three foods not covered in the two door prep cooler, clean stainless steel shelving under the stainless steel work surface, knives are to be clean and sanitized before storage in the knife rack by the three bay sink, do not store container (bin) of lettuce in the ice machine, employee restroom is to be cleaned and maintained so that is useable, clean exterior and the door guides of the True 2 door glass cooler, in the walk in cooler do not cover food products with cloth, clean vent directly above the bar. Critical violation here involved the need for increased temp of hot water at the men’s restroom. Must reach at least 110 degrees. Re-inspection scheduled for next day for critical violation and second for remaining violations. Hot water restored to men’s room 12-21-16 re-inspection scheduled for remaining violations. Re-inspected 12-28-16 and found violations corrected.
- Sabor De Mina 122 E. Main St. 12-30-16 Violations here include the following. One food product left uncovered in the walk in cooler and need additional visible thermometers where missing or buried.
- Scioli’s 126 S. Main St. 12-29-16 Violations here include the following. Need additional visible thermometers where missing or buried, store soup spoons with the handle facing the user, clean stainless steel utility draw where equipment and utensils are stored, clean the stove top really good,and bar area needs more attention paid to the cleaning of the floor.
- Lins Garden 206 E. Main St. 12-28-16 Violations here include the following. Bags of onions and cabbage cannot be stored on the floor, empty small food pantry clean the entire room and then restock the pantry, clean the stainless steel wall at the area of the three bay sink right to the floor, new food storage racks are needed for the walk in cooler, and fix the metal edges at the bases of the walk in units.
- Blair House 20 Claflin St 1-7-17 No violations here.
- Mazzarelli’s Bakery 229 Central St. 1-5-17 Two violations here. Protect both ice scoops during storage do not leave ice scoop in the ice machine or in a food product and large mixing bowl needs small amount of food debris moved.
- D.O.C. 50 Maple St. 1-4-17 Violations here include the following. Defrost freezer 4 in the back storage room, boxes of brownie mix cannot be stored on the floor in the dry goods storage room, and hand sink is clogged and leaking (work order for repair has been submitted.
