Trail Runs Mondays at 6:15 PM: This is an enjoyable trail run through the Hopedale park lands. The course is mostly path with very little trail running. The loop is three miles and runners run one, two or three laps for whatever mileage they want to do. Runners of all paces, kids, strollers, and walkers are welcome to join. The start is from the boathouse corner of Hopedale and Dutcher Streets and goes counterclockwise.
Rail Trail Runs Tuesdays at 7:15 PM: Out and back on the rail trail from Milford or Holliston, typically 5-8 miles, but you can set your own distance. It is followed by a drink and/or food at a nearby Pub.
Track Workouts Wednesdays at 6:10: This is a great way to meet other club members and enjoy a brisk speed workout with recovery jogs in between. Don't be intimidated - you will find these workouts exhilarating and leaving you with a higher level of fitness than you can imagine. We have runners of all abilities joining us and we invite you as well.
