Many homeowners might not be aware of all of the options they have in choosing an new Air Conditioning system. Here are some of your options:
- Split Sytems - This system uses an indoor unit and an outdoor unit to strip your indoor air of heat and moisture while circulating cool air. The warm air is released through the outdoor unit.
- Heat Pumps - This system works a lot like split systems, but during winter months they extract heat from outdoor air and circulates it in your home.
- Packaged Central A/C - These systems work with one outdoor unit that removes heat for your home while replacing it with cool air.
- Ductless Mini Splits - Mini splits pump cool air from an outdoor unit to indoor air handlers. Multiple air handlers can be used to help cool larger areas or separate rooms.
