Women Rob Milford Man, He Rides Car Roof Trying To Stop Them

MILFORD, MA — A Milford man took a wild ride after he was robbed by a group of women late Wednesday night, according to police.

The man told police that up to four women took $300 from him along Plain Street near 11 p.m. Wednesday. The women tried to flee the scene in a Jeep, but the man was determined to stop them.

He told police that he jumped on the hood of the SUV and rode it until near the BP gas station along Main Street — that's about a half mile from the location of the robbery.

Milford police checked the area, but didn't find any jeep full of women robbers. They took the man back to his home along Plain Street.
