Worcester Man Charged After Milford Police Find Cocaine Stash

Milford police pulled over the 23-year-old on Wednesday morning, leading to a search of his car.

MILFORD, MA — Milford police arrested a Worcester man this week after finding a stash of cocaine in his car.

Milford detectives pulled the 23-year-old over just before 11:30 a.m. Wednesday along Sumner Street after seeing him veer outside marked lanes. When detectives noticed a golf club and knife in the car, other Milford police were called to help.

When police searched the man's car, they found nearly 30 bags of suspected cocaine packaged for sale. The driver was arrested and charged with driving without a license, a marked lanes violation, possession of a class B drug, possession with intent to distribute a class B drug and trafficking cocaine between 18 and 36 grams.
