9 Stolen Cars Found In Natick Mall Parking Lot

Sixteen cars were stolen from an Auburn business recently. Police recently found nine of them at the Natick Mall parking lot.

NATICK, MA — You can really find everything at the Natick Mall. Unfortunately for one Auburn, Massachusetts business, that included nine cars that had been stolen from them.

At 7 a.m. on Dec. 7, Auburn police responded to a business on Route 20 to investigate an overnight burglary. Sixteen vehicles had been stolen from the business during the early morning hours, police said.

Several suspects cut two sections of fence and damaged a security gate by driving a large vehicle through to make an exit, officials said. All of the stolen vehicles were 2020 or newer, including a 2022 Cadillac CT4.

Before 4 p.m. on the same day, detectives managed to locate three vehicles hidden in Auburn, located nine vehicles at the Natick Mall parking lot and another vehicle in South Boston.

Later that night, around 8 p.m., law enforcement was notified that one of the stolen vehicles, the 2022 Cadillac, was traveling on Route 90 near Natick. Massachusetts State Police were able to stop the stolen vehicle and take three men into custody after the driver attempted to run from troopers, but was quickly apprehended, police said.

Those three men in the car were each charged by state police with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and other charges. The men will face additional charges from Auburn PD as this matter progresses, officials said.
