Adult Beginners Ballet -- Evening classes in Natick. Dance instruction for every body at Sereda DanceWorks.
Welcome all Dancers! We are a group that loves to learn the beauty and style of ballet while getting an amazing workout!
This warm group of people is lead with 100% support and care with correct classical instruction and some joy and laughs sprinkled throughout. Start from scratch or brush-up on old technique. Class is broken down into easy attainable steps using traditional vocabulary and exercises at the barre, center and across the floor. This is not a workout class - - - this is the real deal taught by former Boston Ballet teacher Carol Schneider-Sereda. Do join us on occasional trips into Boston to see dance performances!Become Your Inner Ballerina~

Wear?
Wear comfortable loose clothing, yoga pants, or leotards and tights.
Leather, Suede or Canvas Ballet slippers are recommended. Use socks at first if you do not own a pair of ballet slippers.
