What Lush in Natick is really known for is their customer service.
Stephanie Bonini writes, “I always have such an amazing time when I visit your store! All of the girls who work at your store are friendly and helpful- they always remember my favorites and know what is new since I last visited! I have to say, every LUSH store I have visited is really a great example of perfect customer service.”
It’s something they strive for along with using only natural products and never, ever touching anything tested on an animal.
Their first ever global campaign against animal testing is now in progress. Sign the petition in store or online.
“There is no excuse for others to animal test if we have not needed to,” the Lush campaign reads.
The Lush history is a long one, starting in Poole England in 1977 and spanning to the present day. Lush cosmetics locally is one of 650 stores in over 40 countries. Lush employs roughly 6000 people, all of whom share the same vision - making their mums proud, putting their faces on their handmade products, making mistakes, and making a profit while enjoying long candlelit baths, among other things.
Lush is open Mon through Sat. 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. It is suggested that weekdays are the best time to visit for uber-relaxation as the store is quieter. To learn more visit lushusa.com.
