Natick resident Rob Major helped thousands for Babson's student emergency fund.
NATICK, MA — A Natick resident and Babson College dean recently ran a long distance to raise money for a student emergency fund.
Rob Major ran 10 miles for the effort, and six other Babson colleagues participated too. So far, they've raised over $5,300 for the Babson Student Emergency Fund. The original goal was $1,500.
The emergency fund is open to students who have experienced hardship due to the coronavirus crisis.
