Boston Marathon 2019 Road Closures In Natick
Here's a list of road closures to prep for Marathon Monday and things to know.

NATICK, MA — Tis the season: On Monday, April 15, some 30,000 runners will make their way through Natick — up Route 135 as part of the 123rd running of the Boston Marathon. Natick has 61 runners from the town participating in the marathon and countless spectators will line the streetsto watch them pass by. Natick is toward the start of the race so make sure you show up early to get a good view.
Road Closures
Route 135 will pretty much be shut down to cars for the entirety of the race. The town said the road will close at 8:30 a.m. and reopen around 3 p.m. You won't be able to cross Route 135 so plan accordingly.

Viewing Spots
Really anywhere along Route 135 guarantees a nice view of passing runners. Natick center usually attract a bigger crowd with passionate camaraderie.

Useful Info To Know
The U.S. Postal Service is sealing the blue mailboxes along the marathon route as a safety precaution. All mailboxes along the route will be pinned shut after last collection of mail on Friday, April 12, and reopened on Wednesday, April 17, according to the postal service.
In Natick, mailboxes at 2 Mill St., 5, 150 and 209 West Central St., 10, 34 and 49 Main St., 15 Common St., 13 East Central St. and 33 Newfield Dr. will be affected.
