Boston Scientific Introduces Stent System to Europe

The Natick-based medical device creator introduced its Innova stent system in Europe and well work with Royal Philips Electronics to sell catheterization lab imaging equipment.

 

Natick-based announced that it has introduced its new stent system in Europe, known as Innova. The company is also working with Royal Philips Electronics to sell catheterization lab imaging equipment, according to the Worcester Business Journal Online.

The new stent is reportedly meant to treat arteries above the knees that have peripheral vascular lesions. The medical device creator is enrolling in tests in hopes of earning FDA approval.
