Computers, A/V, and Print Resources

Computers with free Internet access are available for researching destinations and for booking travel reservations. (Second floor) Note: free WiFi access is available throughout the building.
Magazines in the adult collection include AMC Outdoors, Bicycling, Cape Code Life, Conde Nast Traveler, Down East, Field & Stream, National Geographic Traveler, On the Water, Outdoor Life, Sunset, Travel 50 and Beyond, and Yankee. Read current issues in the library and check out previous issues with your library card. (Second floor in the Periodicals Hall)
Newspapers: the Sunday editions of the Boston Globe, Metrowest Daily News, and New York Times all feature information on travel destinations. (Second floor)
Non-fiction DVDs present options for getting away by plane, train, or automobile. (Main floor)
Travel guides, including Fodor’s and Frommer’s, offer tips on visiting regional, national, and international destinations. (Second floor)
Electronic Resources
E-books: access to a selection of travel guides – including the Lonely Planet series -- is available to Minuteman Library Network cardholders via the Overdrive Media Catalog. To access Overdrive titles, go to http://digital.minlib.net and sign in using your library card number and Personal Identification Number. (Online access)
Mango Languages: access to this database, which offers instruction in more than 40 languages, is available free to Minuteman Library Network cardholders with Natick addresses. Go to http://bit.ly/3uFywG and type in your library card number. On the next screen, you’ll find Mango Languages in the alphabetical list of databases. (Online access)
