Break-In, Drunken Driving Homicide: Natick Grand Jury Indictments

The District Attorney's office announced four indictments related to Natick.

NATICK, MA — The District Attorney announced four Natick related indictments handed down by the Grand Jury between January 17 and April 29, 2019. The indictments include charges of breaking and entering, motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to pay taxes.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Scott Boudrot, 56, of Framingham, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

David Galloway, 20, of Moline, Illinois, was charged with motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of alcohol. The Assistant District Attorney is Laura Miller.

Gregory Malany, 61, of Wayland, was charged with failure to pay taxes, failure to file a timely return, and larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorneys are William R. Freeman and Michael Klunder.

Jared Newhall-Thayer, 23, of Natick, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license (2 counts), possession of a large capacity feeding device (2 counts), and possession of ammunition (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
