Join us as we bring the Natick community together in support of our family members, friends and neighbors living with dementia. This event signals the Town's commitment to creating an environment in which individuals living with dementia, their care partners and families are respected and included as part of the community. The schedule for the day is as follows: 

1:00 -1:30 PM Opening Presentation: The Impact of Alzheimer's and Dementia in Your Community.

1:45 -2:15 PM Chair Yoga for individuals living with dementia and their care partners

2:00 -3:00 PM Be a Dementia Friend Information Session  

2:30 -3:00 PM Chair Yoga for individuals living with dementia and their care partners

2:30 - 3:15 PM Closing Presentation: Health Living for Your Brain & Body
