Meaningful Connection Memory Cafe

Join us on the third Thursday of each month from 11:30am -1:00pm for our Meaningful Connections Memory Cafe! Our memory cafe is a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. Each month we have entertainment followed by a light lunch. This month we welcome Melissa Roper who will lead us through sound healing, an ancient practice that uses instruments such as gongs, crystals, chimes and singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve well-being.
