Event Details
Join us in the sanctuary for an evening Sound Journey, a chance to slow down, breathe, and let live music carry you into deep rest. It begins with 10 to 15 minutes of guided breath and gentle stretching with Nissa Diantina-Weiss, yoga teacher and functional movement specialist. Then Professor Dave Fiuczynski of Berklee College of Music plays 40 to 45 minutes of live, meditative soundscapes on a custom double-neck guitar. We close with 10 to 15 minutes of integration and reflection.
Bring your mat and pillow for a comfy experience. Suggested donation $20 for members, $25 for guests, at the door.
