In Emotional Alchemy, a new monthly gathering at Common Street Spiritual Center, Greer Harnden guides us through meditation, journaling, and free-flowing movement to find what is quietly holding us back, feel the emotion tied to those old stories, and come home to a deeper truth. You'll leave with a felt shift, a return to love and faith, and a simple practice you can keep coming back to.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. Please wear clothes you can move in, and bring water, a journal, and a pen.
