NATICK, MA — Local malls may not be as crowded this year due to the pandemic — but that doesn't mean there won't be last-minute shoppers hitting stores this week.
Most local malls in the MetroWest and Worcester areas are closing a little early on Christmas Eve, and all of them will be close on Christmas Day. If you're heading out for a gift on Dec. 24, here are you deadlines:
- Natick Mall — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Solomon Pond Mall — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Auburn Mall — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Shops at Chestnut Hill — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Wrentham Village Outlets — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- The Mall at Whitney Field — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Outside shopping malls, big-box stores in the area will close a little earlier on Christmas Eve. Here are some of the big ones:

- Target — 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Best Buy — 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Lowe's — 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Kohl's — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Marshalls — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- HomeGoods — 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Christmas Tree Shops — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Dick's Sporting Goods — 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
