UPDATE: Kennedy Closed, All Other Schools Open Wednesday

UPDATE: 7:50 p.m.: All schools will open as scheduled Wednesday, except , which still has no power. Kennedy is expected to open Thursday. Check back with Natick Patch for updates.

Due to downed power lines and trees and power outages across parts of town, a decision is reportedly being made later tonight as to whether Natick schools will open as scheduled on Wednesday.

According to School Committee chairman David Margil, superintendent Peter Sanchioni is in contact with NSTAR, the and the to determine if the first day should be postponed. A decision is expected to be made later this evening, Margil said.
