Developer of Magnolia Subdivision Could Face Stop Work Order

NATICK, MA—Several reports of "concerning activity" has been delivered to conservation officials in Natick concerning the Magnolia Road subdivision.

Officials, who hope to work with the developer on concerns, learned of a new dock and a vehicle that drove over a barrier, Victoria Parsons, the town's conservation agent and planner,told Wicked Local Natick. Parsons explained that the dock has necessary approval, and the barrier is for erosion control and important because the soil is exposed there.

Developer Nissim Trabelsi was issued a fine, and faces an order to stop working on the project.
