The committee voted to make the former president, and current presidential candidate, an honorary member ahead of "many" campaign events.

On Wednesday April 10, 2024 the members of the Ashland Republican Town Committee voted to make former President and current candidate for President Donald J. Trump an Official Honorary member of the Committee.
Mr. Trump famously says, “They’re not after me, they are after you, I’m just standing in their way.” President Trump fights for us and every American citizen. This is our way of supporting the man who is fighting for us and America.

The committee is concerned about sky rocketing inflation, decaying infrastructure, record crime, and the open borders that are destroying America. Donald Trump on day one in office will start the work to fix these problems and Make America Great Again.
