Encore Presentation of Natick's Lost History

Peter Golden will revisit part two of Natick's Lost History. The focus this evening will be on King Phillip's War.

By popular demand, local writer and commentator Peter Golden will revisit part two of Natick’s Lost History. The focus this evening will be on the Praying Indians’ role in King Phillip’s War. We’ll discuss their adversaries, and how justice figured in the conflict with King Philip and his warriors. We’ll also focus on the Natick community during and after the war. This presentation will include insight and information not featured before - we hope to see you there!

This event takes place at the Morse Institute Library, 14 East Central Street, Natick, MA, 01760 [map] in the Lebowitz Meeting Hall. For more information please call the library at 508-647-6520.

Presentation is free and open to the public. There will be opportunities for audience participation. Due to the controversial nature of the material relating to the early years of the town, parental discretion is advised. Cookies and tea will be served.
