
In this class your instructor will run you through a full body workout starting with a Chroreographed Warm-Up then using a number of props like (dumbbells, dynabands, bosu balls, body bars, aerobic benches, agility ladders, jump ropes, etc) they will help you to hot eavh and every muscle group to music. These classes are 80% women but do include youth, males and seniors as well. All classes are modifiable and guranteed to tine you up abd help you drop unwanted pounds.
