New Six-Week Tai Chi Class begins 7/27

New six week Tai Chi session begins Wednesday, July 27.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system for health cultivation, clear thinking, and peace of mind. The gentle moves relieve high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, and improve balance. Students who elect to take the 6 week course will learn something new, have some fun, and feel energized.  All moves are safe and low-impact.

The instructor, Jeanne Friswell, is an ordained interfaith minister and former elementary school teacher. She is a 4th degree black belt in Kempo Karate who taught for 20 years, and a certified Tai Chi instructor teaching in local health centers and corporations".

Classes are Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30
