Residents now have access to specialized pelvic floor physical therapy close to home as Harbor Strength Pelvic Health opens. Founded by Doctor of Physical Therapy Maggie Curtis, Harbor Strength Pelvic Health provides one-on-one care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prolapse, core weakness, and other pelvic health concerns. Every treatment plan is personalized, with hour-long appointments focused on helping patients return to the activities they love. For owner Maggie Curtis, opening the clinic is especially meaningful. As a Sudbury native, she's excited to bring specialized pelvic health services back to the community she calls home. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide this level of care in the town where I grew up. My goal is to make expert pelvic health physical therapy more accessible so people don't have to travel far to receive the support they deserve." Harbor Strength Pelvic Health offers treatment for individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond, with a whole-body approach that addresses movement, strength, and function.

Celebrating over 90 years of excellence in fashion education, The School of Fashion Design is the only educational institution in New England dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion design. SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. SFD faculty and students are active partners in our local community, collaborating regularly with organizations and businesses through internships, exhibitions, field trips, and special events. Our reputation for excellence is on display each time our students show their work at fashion shows and exhibits throughout the year.
