The country of Ecuador is only the size of Colorado, yet it holds 1600 species of birds, more than twice the number found in the entire United States! Over the past two years, bird tour guide Luke Seitz has explored all corners of this mega-diverse region, from the Chocó region of the Northwest to the Amazon and Andes in the South. The bird life is astounding, with almost 100 species of hummingbirds and around 85 species of tanagers. Alongside the breathtaking scenery, other wildlife includes colorful butterflies, mammals and reptiles. Come enjoy photos and stories that highlight the incredible flora and fauna that Ecuador has to offer.
