Free workshop: Summer safety

Learn about how to plan for a safe summer in this interactive workshop, run by Jean Sniffin, RN, Community Health Nurse with Natick Visiting Nurse Association and Century Health Systems.

  • How to prevent sunburn and other heat-related illnesses
  • Get the 411 on 911

  • Water safety and drowning
  • Ticks

Jean Sniffin works closely with several area Boards of Health to promote good health through monthly blood pressure clinics at town Councils on Aging and senior housing sites.

She speaks frequently throughout MetroWest on a variety of health and safety issues, including Lyme and tick borne diseases. Jean also serves as Early Childcare Health Consultant for more than 20 daycare and nursery school programs, offering on-site education about pediatric health and safety issues.
