Free Yoga for Teens at Morse Institute Library
Need to get out of the house during vacation? The Morse Library is hosting a free yoga class for anyone age 11 to 18.

Too much snow and freezing temperatures may be keeping teens cooped up inside over February Vacation, but the Morse Library has a solution to get them moving again.
The library is hosting a free yoga class for teens on Thursday, Feb. 19. Teen Yoga will be held from 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the first floor of the library in the Morse Room.
Eve Costarelli, who teaches youth yoga classes at Open Spirit Center in Framingham, will lead the class.

Yoga poses, philosophy, breathwork and meditation will be explored, according to the event flyer.
Teens who attend the event should bring a yoga mat or large towel, water and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. The class is free for anyone age 11 to 18, but space is limited so anyone who wishes to attend must register.
