Friends of Natick Senior Center Gets 10k Donation
"Seniors are vibrant members of our community, and these activities contribute to their dignity and well-being."

NATICK, MA- The Friends of Natick Senior Center was awarded a $10,000 grant by the MutualOne Charitable Foundation.
The money was among awards totaling $128,068 in the MutualOne Charitable Foundation’s most recent round of funding.
“We are pleased to support the Friends’ efforts to make reasonably priced activities available to our community’s senior citizens,” said Robert P. Lamprey, chairman of the MutualOne Charitable Foundation. “Seniors are vibrant members of our community, and these activities contribute to their dignity and well-being.”

The senior center houses the town's council on aging which provides computer instruction classes to local seniors as well as game nights, exercise classes and arts and crafting classes.
