Hoarding Added to Dangers of Natick House Fire

While no one was hurt in a house fire that broke out on Speen Street in Natick early Thursday morning, firefighters say that it was especially difficult to put out the blaze because the “house was filled with so much junk.”

Natick Fire Chief Rick White told CBS Boston that some of the “hot spots” were problematic because of the hoarding in the home, where items were piled from the floor to the windows.

Two residents were uninjured in the fire.

However, two Framingham firefighters sustained minor injuries.
