Injury Crash Blocking Route 9 In Natick

NATICK, MA — An injury crash involving at least one vehicle was reported along Route 9 in Natick during rush hour Tuesday night, according to MassDOT traffic maps. The crash happened in the westbound lanes near Ring Road.

The Tuesday evening rush hour was messy across much of the MetroWest area. A day-long snow and ice storm left roads slick and treacherous. There was also a blocking crash along I-290 eastbound at exit 10 near Worcester. A tractor trailer crashed in that incident.

There were nearly 1,500 pieces of equipment out working to clear state highways and roads across the street as of 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to MassDOT.
